Ruta 3
Creu de Can FatAt the beginning of the second decade of the 20th century, Joan Sabater donated a piece of land to the Church in the area known as Can Fat. With contributions from parishioners, the neo-Gothic cross made of sandstone was built.
The upper part features a Christ figure on the front and a chi-rho on the back. Local Authors. History and literature: Carpenters, blacksmiths, and stonemasons were closely tied to the peasant.
If you visit these artisans today in the town, you can still find tools being made, like the 'gavillans' in the forge or carpenters assembling shutters aided by computers. A blend of past and present leading to the future.
