Traditional Mallorcan manor house with a large facade. In the center, we can see the main lintel portal, above which we can see an inscription with a 'C' and the date 1680.

The family of the (a) Neca has been linked throughout the 20th century with medicine and the world of midwives. They are also associated with the trade of products from sa Marjal. Local Authors.

History and literature: On April 30, 1794, the town doctor Cabanellas was appointed general doctor of the Rosellón army fighting the French. That war ended with the peace of Basel.
