Molí de Can BeaOld rice mill owned by the Cantarellas family that operated until 1980. There is a plaque on the facade reminding us of this.
Rice cultivation came to s'Albufera in 1900, brought by a Valencian company. Local Authors. History and literature: The Valencian company Agrícola Industrial Balear leased the estate for rice cultivation and soon expanded the crop from Colombar to Cibollar and part of Patrimonio ses Puntes and es Ras.
In 1906, due to floods, the company abandoned the cultivation. Small farmers took over the cultivation in the form of shares.
