Can Verdera or Can Pere Antoni

Built under the direction of architect Guillem Forteza, the same who designed the Escola Graduada in sa Pobla. The stone base composition, the window ornamentation, and the balcony on the corner stand out.

The owner was Miquel Crespí i Pons (a) Verdera. He was mayor of Sa Pobla from 1924 to 1930.

After the dictatorship of Primo de Rivera ended, he emigrated to Argentina, where he engaged in the flour business. A street in sa Pobla is named after him, Miquel Verdera.
