For a few years, it was the headquarters of the post office.

From 1924 until January 28, 1928, Vicar Joan Parera i Sansó (1865-1928) lived there, who, among other activities, founded the Monte de Piedad Un Sol Cor, the magazine Sa Marjal, and restored the oratory of Crestatx.

In the 1960s, it became a drugstore and toy store.
