Ca s’Enginyer ComesTraditional Mallorcan-style house, with a 19th-century facade, covered with lime mortar, with stone inlays and a semicircular arch portal with voussoirs. The engineer Bartomeu Comes gave a lecture in sa Pobla on January 8, 1911, about the convenience of providing electricity to sa Pobla.
Shortly after, on July 24, 1912, the electric lights were turned on in Plaça Major, a project directed by the engineer Ordines. Local authors.
History and literature: Gabriel Capó i Caimari (a) Botilla is the founder of the Electricity Museum in Mallorca, located in sa Pobla. He was a technical education teacher at the Joan Taix Center in sa Pobla.
